Our Story.
Based in the beautiful and prehistoric Adelaide Hills, we started venturing into conscious building techniques after a stint of working on Earthships and multiple other sustainably conscious building projects dating back to 2016.
Initially specialising in rammed earth walling and now sustainable tree work and timber milling, Paul Finbar gave birth to the idea that is Terra Organica.

With a focus on vernacular architectural ideas and philosophy, and a passion forged from the land, it’s bounty of usable wood, earth and energy, we create sustainable build solutions; without further harming our fragile environment. We strive to make the world a more sustainable and habitable place, one project at a time.
Our Mission.
It is our mission to save as much South Australian timber as we can from the firewood piles, hungry tree chippers and landfill. Using our portable timber sawmill we aim to sustainably process all the trees we possibly can and return them to our clients as valuable cut timber that can then be used for furniture, structures or future projects...
